The St. Albert Food Bank has provided us with a list of things they are looking for.  To play on Friday please bring $7 - $10 worth of items.  Saturday would be $15 and Sunday would be $10 of items from the wish list.  If you are planning on being here all weekend then provide a one time donation of $20 of wish list items for the food bank.

Last year we raised $1052 in cash and 425 lbs.  Lets try to beat that.

Gamealot 2011 is just around the corner.  It kicks off on September 9 and goes until September 11.  Here is what we are looking for:

1) Volunteers - We need some help at the sign in desk, the prize/goody bag area, and pretty much every where else.  We want to try to have 2 volunteer staff on at all times during Gamealot.  All you need to do is commit yourself to 1 three hour shift and you are done. The more volunteers we get the better this year will be (and less stressful on the store staff).

2) Game hosts - We need people to run the games.  Got a favourite game that you want to play?  Why not host the game.  Go to www.gamealot.ca and fill out the form to run the event.

3) Players -  Whats the sense in hosting games if no one is playing in them?  Check out the calendar on www.gamealot.ca (at the beginning there might not be that much on there for games) and register to play in an event.  The more players and games we have, the better everything is.

 4) Did I mention volunteers?

Gamealot.ca is still a work in progress but should still work the same as last year.  Check out the calendar and fill out the form for the events you want to host/participate in.
